The brief from the client was to generate leads for people looking for a new boiler installation or a replacement for their old boiler. The client did not want to use their current site to generate leads and instead wanted to increase their market share using a new brand.
Our new strategy was to create a new brand called Boilers Online. The site we designed for the client under the new brand was optimised purely for lead conversions and turned viewing customers into sales or in this case carrying out a survey at the enquirer's home. After working with the client and collating feedback, we optimised and refined the campaign which enabled us to deliver an exclusive, inbound lead at a cost per lead that worked for the client. Once this formula was established it was then just a case of increasing the budget to deliver more leads.
